A great idea for a birthday cake - no baking required

You'll need the following ingredients:

For the crust:

For the cream:

  • 12 marshmallow kisses
  • 500 g whipping cream
  • 2 packets of whipped cream stabilizer
  • 250 g quark (20%)
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For decoration:

  • 3–4 large marshmallow kisses
  • 3–4 small marshmallow kisses
  • Sprinkles
  • Alete Obsties
  • Small marshmallows
  • Sugar eyes
  • Powdered sugar/water

And also the following baking supplies:

  • Springform pan or cake ring
  • Rolling pin and freezer bags
  • Fork
  • Hand mixer

Here's how it works:

The crust:

  • Finely crush the Alete Kinderkeks
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs
  • Spread the cookie mixture over the bottom and press it firmly into the bottom and sides
  • Chill the cake pan

The Filling:

  • Remove the wafers from the marshmallow kisses (set them aside for decoration, if desired)
  • Place the marshmallow mixture in a bowl
  • Add the quark, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar
  • Mix everything well
  • Whip the cream with the whipping cream stabilizer until stiff, then fold it into the mixture

The highlight = the decoration:

  • Mix up a little icing and use the marshmallows to create small figures as desired
  • Now decorate the cake however you like with large and small marshmallow figures, colorful sprinkles, marshmallows, and fruity Alete Obsties

Have fun making it! Here’s a look at how the cake comes together.
