Cinnamon apples, fluffy cheesecake filling, and crunchy crumble topping—what a combination! This delicious dessert, with an Alete kids’ cookie crust, is just the thing for a cozy fall Sunday. But let’s be honest—it’s soooo delicious that it’s perfect for any other day of the week, too :-)

Recipe for Apple Crumble Cheesecake in a Glass

You'll need the following ingredients for 4–6 glasses:

For the cookie crust:

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the cinnamon apples:

  • 3 apples, diced
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the crumble:

  • 60 g flour
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Here's how it works:

1. Knead the ingredients for the crumble into crumbs, spread them on a baking sheet, and bake at 180 °C for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
2. Finely crumble the children’s cookies, mix with the melted butter, and spread the mixture as a base in the glasses.
3. Sauté the apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a pan for about 5–8 minutes until soft. Then let them cool.
4. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
5. Spoon the cream mixture onto the cookie base and arrange the cinnamon apples on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve, and sprinkle the crumble topping on just before serving—this way, it stays nice and crispy.

Enjoy!
