You'll need the following ingredients:

A sponge cake base, split into two even layers.

  • Tip: You can also bake two small layers if you want to skip the cutting ;-)

For the quark cream:

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g mascarpone or cream cheese
  • 150 g powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer
  • 200 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • a little pink food coloring, if desired

For decoration:

Here's how it works:

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix the quark, mascarpone, raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  • Whip the heavy cream with the whipping cream stabilizer until stiff, then gently fold it into the quark cream.

Assembling the cake:

  • Spread half of the quark-raspberry cream onto the first sponge cake layer.
  • Place the second layer on top and spread the remaining cream over it.
  • Chill for at least 3 hours.

Decorate:

  • Dip the cookies in melted chocolate, sprinkle with sprinkles, and then decorate the edge of the cake with Alete children’s cookies.

Have a great celebration—no matter what you’re celebrating!
